  1. GREAT! THANKS!!! I keep ending up with tough beef when I marinade it with all the ingredients you put in at the END! And the Baking soda is probably a key… I thought the beef in beef fried rice in restaurants was tender because the use MSG or some other tenderizer… But no!!! it's just cooking technique… IMHO
