    Mediterranean bowl! Marinated steak cubes (I use sirloin) in kebab seasoning (I really like the Sadaf brand) barbecued for just about 8minutes, placed on top of jasmine rice, tzatziki yogurt, and diced cucumbers. It’s also amazing on pita or lavash. Seriously so good.

  2. Nikki, I know you have an e cookbook, and I have it and love it, but you really should consider doing a hardcover type cookbook. I watch Jen Chapen, and she did a cookbook and sold it on Amazon, which of course I purchased. Anyone on WW or just counting calories would love it!

  3. You have such great recipes – but you seem to eat of a lot of points… how many points do you get per day now with the new Personal Pts? Mine went way down, but my 0 pts are what I eat most, so = I guess. But your meals seem to be higher pts than I get.
