Simple and easy gluten and grain-free bun recipe that’s super delicious and not dry.

INGREDIENTS

Dry:
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Himalayan salt

Wet Ingredients
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup boiling water

Optional:
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to the dry ingredients and combine.
Pour boiling water and mix well. (Add a few drops of olive oil to your hands to prevent sticking.)
Separate in to 4-6 balls and shape
Bake 20-30 minutes depending on desired brownness.
